Former Dragon JESSE PAYNE Signs with UT-Arlington
Jesse Payne - INF - L/R - Carrollton, Texas/Hebron HS/North Central Texas J.C.
Payne batted .322 in 144 at-bats during his freshman season at North Central Texas J.C. in 2008. He finished with 10 doubles, two triples and two home runs last season. In addition, he hit for the cycle against Vernon College on April 15. Payne was a three-year varsity letterwinner at Hebron High School, and as a senior season he batted .370 with 12 doubles, two triples, two home runs and had 37 RBI with a .995 fielding percentage.
Coach Thomas on Payne: "Jesse Payne is a left-handed hitting infielder. We liked him out of high school, and he has only gotten better since going to North Central Texas Junior College. He plays for a great program there and for a great coach in Scott Harp, he really gets his players ready for the next level."

Trevor Keele of Edgewood, Texas will play D1 baseball in the Mountain West Conference when he accepts his Appointment into The United States Air Force Academy. The Dragon Family is very proud of Trevor as he has been the ultimate team player for the Dragons for 3 years. Trevor is the son of Bill and Donna Keele.
What Bill and Donna Keele have to say about being a part of the Dragon Family:
In the fall of 2006, our son, Trevor Keele attended a tryout for a new team. We quickly found out that this was not just another select team. This was an actual "program" designed to develop the player and the person.
It's not magic. It's hard work based on building character, work ethic, leadership, service to the community, and respect for teammates and the game of baseball.
The Dallas Dragons Program taught my son all the skills to succeed after High School.
My advice to anyone is to find a program that improves you as a person and as a player. Then stick with that program to develop all your skills. The Dallas Dragons was just that program for Trevor.
And now 2 1/2 years later I am very proud to say that Trevor has committed to play Division I Baseball
while attending the US Air Force Academy. Our family can not thank Coach Browning enough for the
commitment he makes to his players and the incredible opportunities available or those that stick with
the program.
